| I must have watched this well over 10 years ago someplace at my cousin's house alone... no idea what the anime is called, really hoping someone here knows it. but from what i remember, there is like a crazy killer with a knife around his neck, dangling from a necklace. I think he is a serial killer. And i may or may not be remembering right, but he had a sister whom he might have SPOILERS ********** killed when he was younger on accident? Which triggered his serial killing obsession.. not really sure.. O ANYONE knows please LMK!!! I've been dyin' here!! also there was a train scene if i remember correctly.. but yeah brother sister knife necklace and brother as a kid killed a girl (his sister?!) are the main points.. saw it on tv too i think.. pretty bloody |

| Man, I'm so glad I found this thread because maybe, just maybe someone will help me to find this one anime I have been searching for years now! Don't have a picture but I remember a little bit of the plot: The MC is a female teenager in highschool (as usual) and she notice those two hot guys (of course): one has blonde hair and the other has dark black hair. Blonde guy is the nicest of the two and Dark hair is of course the cold one; the two of them don't really like each other but they are forced to work with each other. At some point the MC discover that those two guys are ghost detectives or stuff related to ghost at least (sorry it's been years since I saw that, I think Blonde-guy is now a ghost too). For some reason the MC has to work with those two to solve mysteries. The one episode I remember the most was I think episode 3 or 4, when Blonde-Guy encounters some old friend from his previous highschool. His friend has green hair and seem like a great friend, the kind of guy who you can trust (I think he also was a little bit tall and had his eyes closed but I'm not 100% sure). At the same time, Blondie and MC are investigating someone who his killing women and guess who the killer is? Green-Hair-Friend! Who then reveal that while he liked his previous life with Blondie, everything became too boring and by killing he is now having fun in his life. Stuff happen and at the end, Green-Hair-Friend dies. MC get closer to Blondie. This anime probably date from 2000 to 2010 and while it wasn't amazing, it was one my first anime outside of shonen at the time and I really want to watch it again. Another scene, he comes home eating the candy that the girl bought for him, and the granny yells at him and gives him money and sends him to repay the girl. Soon after this, his grandmother dies, and he is whisked away out of town to live with a mean uncle. The next scenes takes place years later after she has completed her university degree and has returned home to this same town, where she inevitably crosses paths with this very same boy, who is now an unskilled worker, delivery man maybe (not sure). It's at this point that I had to go, and was unable to finish the movie. Does anyone know this film? With the whole scarf thing, I'm wondering if the setting was town in China, not Japan. I honestly don't know, I'm trying to remember all the details, but some of it isn't clear... I'm just not sure. |

Holy crap, I think it's the one! It look different (and worse) than what I remember but the characters and plot are the same! Thank you ! And if it's not too much to ask, I remember seeing an anime opening that looked very interesting but I can't remember the name of it. It seem pretty recent (2010-2019) and it's pretty creative visually with good use of orange, pink and white. It featured teenage girls and seems pretty crazy/weird. Hi Yviene, This scene happens in Clannad: After Story I believe that's what you're looking for. This actually made me remember the scene but I wasn't sure if it was from Clannad. I had a look through the episodes and it is mainly on Episode 8 of Clannad After Story :) |
